Zerbik, the minister of public works, has asked the Austrian foreign minister to address a telegram to the governments of the United States, Great Britain and France showing the extremely critical situation in Austria concerning coal and food. The public works minister says there is no coal for the heating of houses and that the supply for cooking will not last more than a week.
