S. at your Frank H. Stanway, a native of England, and a resident of Montana for 32 years, died Thursday evening at his home, 1205 North Excelsior street, at the age of 64 years. He had been engaged in the express business here for a number of. years.

Mr. Stanway leaves his three sons, Francis, Fred and Herald; a daughter. Margaret; three sisters, Mrs. J. Howath of Butte; Mrsi J.

Marjerri-son of Podson, and Mrs. Pay ton Mason of New York, and two brothers in England. Bee Stewart is charged with receiving stolen property, in a complaint issued Thursday afternoon by Deputy County Attorney J. J. Bourquin filed in Justice OrnsDys court.

The woman is alleged to have received an ivory toilet set, leather bag and numerous articles of ladies' wearing apparel, knowing that the property had been stolen. The property is alleged to have been stolen by Ernest LaCasse, who was arraigned on a robbery charge last week. James Casey, charged with burglary, and P. Suchanan, charged with grand larceny, were to have been given a hearing before Justice Buckley, but on account of the absence of the judge, the cases were indefinitely postponed. Mary Morrill filed a complaint in the district -court Thursday asking a divorce from Arlen E. Morrill, on the ground of cruelty. Among other things it is alleged that when her husband mortgaged their home a year ago to buy an automobile and she remonstrated with him. he told her that ehe had no sense. He is also alleged to have nagged at her continuously, and that during the month of July this year he struck her.

They were 'married in Butte in April, 1920. Attorneys McCaf-fery and Sullivan represent Mrs. Morrill. Judge William K. Carroll granted a decree in the divorce suit of Nicholas G.

Costrllo against Jeanne Costello. They were married in Columbus, May 25, 1920. The defendant is alleged to have deserted her husband. In the hearing on the order to Ehow All arrangements have been perfected for the first annual picnic to be given at Deer Lodge, Sunday, Aug. 28, by the Knights of Columbus of Anaconda, Butte and Deer Lodge councils.

A special feature of the afternoon will be a baseball game between a ladies' team from Anaconda and a like aggregation from the Butte K. C. ladies gymnasium class.
