Mont, Prides, April 27, Montana Castellano Goes For Sheriff Job Pete Castellano made it a threeply Democratic race for sheriff Thursday when he filed his nom-inating in the office of the county clerk and recorder. Castellano is 48. He was born in Meaderville Aug. 12, 1913, and has been here all his life.

He and his wife, who have three children, live at 50 Lincoln Meaderville. He is a high school graduate and a miner, member of organized labor. This is his first, attempt: at public office. His statement at time of promised "fair and impartial treatment for all." He said he stands for "100 per cent protection of schools and children, and aroundthe -clock law enforcement." Castellano said he favors an adequate youth recreation program and commented that Silver Bow is the only large county without a playground beyond city limits. He said he would work closely with all youth improvement groups.
